WE SPECIALIZE IN TEXTURED HAIR-LOCKING TECHNIQUES USING A TOOL TO CREATE STABLE LOCKS THAT ARE BEST SUITED FOR YOUR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS.
EFFECTIVE 2023, WE OFFICIALLY OBTAINED LICENSURE AS A MASTER HAIR SPECIALIST AND BARBERSHOP THAT PROVIDES A FULL RANGE OF SERVICES INCLUDING SHAMPOO, MEN’S GROOMING, BROW MAINTENANCE, FACIALS, CLIPPER AND SHEAR CUTS, AND COLORING.

Flo Davis
Flo is the Owner of Loc Innovations
which opened in 2011. She is an
R-Certified Sisterlocks Consultant,
Sisterlocks Brand Ambassador,
Interlocking Specialist, Master Hair
Care Specialist/Barber-Stylist, and
Member of “The Loc Network”. She
has been servicing clients since
2011 and also provides Mentorship
and Coaching Opportunities to other Consultants.
Additionally, Flo has been practicing
as a Speech-Language Pathologist
since 2007 and currently holds a
Doctorate in this field. In 2020,
she became a published author,
writing in the genres of AA Fiction,
Fantasy, and Paranormal.
The Loc Network
The Loc Network is an umbrella tier for multi-level independent businesses. As an in-house Referral Partner providing exclusive & experienced services with interlocking locs, a variety of scheduling options may exist. Made up of a stellar group of Certified and Trained Consultants onsite with private suites.

We are a training facility so there may be
on-site and off-site consultants available
to service clients.
These are newly trained Practitioners
that are exclusively mentored and
coached by our more veteran
Consultants that can provide regular
loc services (shampoo/cuts only by
licensed professionals) at a
discounted rate. We only ask for your patience as they gain the experience
to complete certification.
